NASHVILLE-Davidson County property records show that a less than two-year old apartment community in Nashville fetches $27.4 million. Greensboro, North Carolina-based Bell Partners has purchased the 170-unit apartment complex on State Street situated between 17th and 18th avenues for about $161,000 per unit.
The property was sold by Brentwood-based Bristol Development. Before construction started in 2008, Bristol said that the development would cost $27 million. Bell Partners has renamed the apartment community as Bell Midtown. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
