Medtronics Interventional Vascular Inc. has renewed its 29,263-square-foot lease; Amphenol PCD Inc. has renewed its 22,318-square-foot lease and signed a 12,000-square-foot expansion; Ambrose Environmental Management has signed a 1,181-square-foot lease; and American Renal Associates LLC has signed a 2,320-square-foot lease at the office building.
