SAN FRANCISCO-Westcore Properties, real estate investment and acquisitions firm based in San Diego, has sold the Folsom Building, an 187,200-square-foot property in San Francisco, to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for an amount of $70 million. The building houses the main office of Twitter.
The Folsom Building, which also has offices for Rovi, HQ Global Workplaces and SBC Services, is 100% leased. Westcore purchased the property in 2006. For the full story, go to The San Diego Union Tribune .
