FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-McCalla Raymer, a law firm based in Atlanta, has doubled the office space it is leasing at 110 Tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The firm has expanded its space from 15,298 square feet to 30,596 square feet in the office building.

As per the lease deal, the law firm will occupy the 24th- and 25th-floor space at 110 Tower. Commercial Florida Realty Services represented the tenant, and Transwestern represented Genesis Capital Partners XI Ltd., the landlord, in the deal.
