DALLAS-Preston Town Trails GP LLC has tapped Grubb & Ellis Company to sell or lease the office condominiums of East Preston Trails. The office property, which measures 44,000 square feet, is located at 17000 Preston Road near the Preston Trail Golf Club, Bent Tree Country Club and Prestonwood Country Club.
