ASHBURN, VA-St. John Properties Inc., a developer based in Baltimore, has sold a 38-acre land in its Ashburn Technology Park situated in Northern Virginia to Sabey Data Center Properties, a data center developer based in Seattle, for $17 million. The buyer has plans to construct a data center measuring 490,000 square feet at the site later this summer.
