WASHINGTON, DC-SunCal Cos., a land developer based in Irvine, California, is making new deals again. The developer has recently acquired Harbor Station, a residential project running 1,920 acres near Washington, DC, for approximately $55 million.
The project is zoned for 4,000 residential homes. SunCal has plans to complete the project and market lots to residential builders as early as 2012.
