NUREMBERG, GERMANY-VIB Vermogen AG is investing a total amount of EUR 32.6 million in high-yielding properties. The company is currently developing a logistics and production center measuring roughly 240,035 square feet in Ingolstadt and is entailing an investment amount of approximately EUR 24 million.
