CHICAGO-Schaumburg-based Entre Commercial Realty LLC has closed the sale of two industrial buildings for $3.65 million. Producers Chemical Co. has purchased a 40,105-square-foot structure at 1960 Bucktail Lane situated in west suburban Sugar Grove from a venture of Waukesha, Wis.-based Marriott Construction Corp. for $1.9 million.
In another deal, Gehrke Technologies has bought a 31,200-square-foot structure at 1050 N. Rand Road in northwest suburban Wauconda from the State Bank Group of Wonder Lake for $1.75 million. Entre represented the sellers in both deals. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
