ESSEN, GERMANY-Swiss Life has acquired five senior care facilities with a total of 309 residential and care places in Altenmunster, Burladingen, Heusweiler, Lahnau and Schwalbach from HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Each property, being managed on the community living theory by BeneVit, is designed to accommodate up to 78 residents.
