TALLAHASSEE, FL-A joint venture between Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC and Landmark Properties, Inc. has broken ground on a student housing complex, called The Retreat at Tallahassee, in Tallahassee. The $37-million student housing complex will serve students of Tallahassee Community College, Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
