PARIS-Redevco has sold 27,986 square feet of office space at 51 Rue d'Anjou in Paris for an amount of EUR 17.2 million. The vacant property, situated in the central business district of the city, has been sold to Terreis, a French investor.
51 Rue d'Anjou, which overlooks Louis XVI Square, is a corner building containing seven upper ground and three lower ground floors. Savills, BNP Real Estate and CBRE advised Redevco in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
