ORMOND BEACH, FL-NAI Realvest has closed the purchase of 1.25 acres of retail development site on Williamson Boulevard located north of San Marco Drive in Ormond Beach for a Tire Kingdom store. Charlotte, North Carolina-based Pavilion TK-Ormond LLC has purchased the retail parcel for $525,000.
