CUPERTINO, CA-Apple has signed a long-term lease for the whole 34,658-square-foot office structure in Cupertino. The two-story Class A office building is owned by Westwood Cupertino LLC.
The property is situated along the De Anza Boulevard strip near Apple's global headquarters. Asking rent was $2.35 per square foot. The tech giant will occupy the building later this year.
