WILMINGTON, MA-innoPad Inc. has signed a lease for 28,220 square feet of space at 265 Ballardvale St. in Wilmington. The industrial property is owned by Campanelli Cos.
The innoPad lease brings the property to 100% occupancy. Peter Brown of Campanelli worked along with Jim Thomson from NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing group to settle the deal.
