MEMPHIS-Mayfield Properties, a real estate investment firm based in Dallas, has acquired an industrial space spanning 4.2 million square feet in the Memphis Depot Business Park, a 400-acre park located north of Memphis International Airport, for an undisclosed price. The company has purchased 43 industrial buildings in the business park.

The park is owned by the Memphis Development Corp., the city and county. The Class B and C properties, acquired by Mayfield, sit on 260 acres and they are 85% leased. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
