WASHINGTON, DC-A partnership between Four Points LLC, a DC developer, and District-based Curtis Properties Inc. is finalizing plans to redevelop an existing industrial building in Anacostia. The Washington Post reported that the partnership will transform the industrial property at 2235 Shannon Place SE into an 87,000-square-foot office structure.
