NEW YORK CITY-The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, which has signed a fresh lease for one million square feet of space at One World Trade Center, has decided to cut in half the amount of space a federal agency is planning to lease at the center. The Port Authority has reduced the agency's space to 300,000 square feet to get higher-paying tenants. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
