PLYMOUTH, MN-Hempel Properties of Minneapolis has sold Rockridge Center, a 125,213-square-foot shopping center near the junction of Nathan Lane and Rockford Road in Plymouth, for an amount of $20.5 million. Jacksonville, Florida-based Regency Centers has purchased the Cub Foods-anchored retail center in an off-market deal on August 8.

Rockridge Center was renovated in 2006. The center is 99% leased to various tenants, including Caribou Coffee, Fantastic Sam's, Papa Murphy's, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Subway. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
