SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Houston-based Whitestone REIT has acquired Terravita Marketplace, a shopping center located at the crossroads of Scottsdale and Carefree in Scottsdale, for $16.1 million. Wilshire Selby Terravita LLC, a venture managed by Los Angeles-based Westwood Financial, was the seller of the property. Albertsons, Wells Fargo, Bedmart, the Good Egg and Walgreens are some of the tenants of the retail center measuring 102,733 square feet.
