WINSTON-SALEM, NC-An affiliate of Denver, Colorado-based Interurban Cos. has acquired Trails at Bethabara Apartments, a 172-unit complex in Winston-Salem. The company has purchased the property, situated next to the Bethabara Park, from New York-based TGM Associates for an undisclosed amount.
The deal was closed in June. Interurban has plans to renovate the property. Guardian Management Inc., an associate of Charlotte-based First LandMark USA Inc., has been hired to supervise the Trails at Bethabara Apartments. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving The Greater Triad Area .
