DENVER-Apt Lodge 17A LLC has sold the Hampden Heights Apartments, a 376-unit apartment complex at 8405 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver, for $22.75 million. The buyer of the two-story complex was San Diego-based Fairfield Hampden LLC.
Apt Lodge purchased the property for $7.174 million in 1982. The Hampden Heights Apartments was constructed in 1974. Fairfield Hampden held back Apartment Investment and Management Co. of Denver to manage the apartment complex. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
