ENGLEWOOD, CO-Aukum Management LLC, an investor based in California, has acquired the Foothills Apartment Homes, an apartment complex consisting of 217 units at 3205 W. Floyd Ave. in Englewood, for an amount of $15.65 million. The property was sold by a Woodland Hills, California-based real estate company.
The complex was 95% occupied at closing. Doug Andrews, Jeff Hawks, Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt with Apartment Realty Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
