NEW YORK CITY-Baked by Melissa has inked a 600-square-foot lease at 2325 Broadway for its fifth store in Manhattan for 10 years. Asking rent for the lease was $325 per square foot. Ditmas Management Corp. is the owner of the building located between West 84th and West 85th Streets.
