NEW YORK CITY-Roberto Caporuscio and Antonio Starita have inked a 2,500-square-foot lease for 10 years at 309 W. 50th Street for wood-fired pizzeria Don Antonio. The deal includes a ground floor space measuring 1,800 square feet and a lower level space spanning 700 square feet. Asking rent for the deal was $130 per square foot.
