MANCHESTER, UK-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, on behalf of Friends Life Company Ltd., has marketed the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, a retail center measuring 88,000 square feet in Macclesfield, Cheshire. The shopping center was sold to Eskmuir Securities Ltd. for GBP 20.86 million.
