ORLANDO-K. Hovnanian Homes has started construction work on a single-family home community, known as Millennia Park, near the Florida Turnpike and I-4. The new community complex, located close to the Mall at Millenia, will include 424 property sites.
New homes in the complex will range from 1,563 square feet to above 3,000 square feet. The community will feature a 1,191-square-foot clubhouse along with a kitchen, covered porches, multipurpose area, swimming pool, open play field, playground, walking trail, parks and a gated entrance.
