LENEXA, KS-The city of Lenexa has sanctioned preliminary plans for a medical office building measuring 47,000 square feet near the junction of Kansas 7 and 10 highways. Deston Rizzo from Olathe-based DMR Development LLC proposed the plan for Reserve Plaza Medical Building, a two-story office building to be erected at 9300 Meadow View Dr.
Reserve Plaza will be built in two phases and each phase will include approximately 24,000 square feet. Greg Finkle from Overland Park-based Finkle|Williams Architecture is the architect. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
