
NEW YORK CITY-Moelis & Co. is expanding its subleased office space at 399 Park Ave. The investment bank has leased an additional 24,700-square-foot office space and renewed its lease for 100,000 square feet in the Boston Properties-owned office building.
Asking rent was $60 per square foot. Moelis has subleased the space from Baltimore-based Legg Mason. Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s Louis D'Avanzo represented the tenant, while CB Richard Ellis Inc.'
