ELK GROVE, CA-California Prison Health Care Services has chosen an Elk Grove business park to house its offices. The state's prison health care services will be leasing the space for $91 million.
Staff will now engage in negotiations with Pappas Investments, the property owner, to complete the 10-year deal for 265,000 square feet.
