GOLDSBORO, NC-Greensboro-based Brantley Properties has acquired Reserve at Bradbury Place, an apartment complex consisting of 288 units in Goldsboro, for an amount of $25.3 million. The complex was developed in late 2009 by Blue Ridge Cos. of High Point.
Brantley Properties will add the complex to its portfolio that comprises roughly 4,500 units in the states of North and South Carolina.
