SEATTLE-Starbucks Corp., a publicly traded coffee company, has sold two Pioneer Square office buildings to San Francisco-based Spear Street Capital for a total amount of $124.8 million. The company purchased the 204,504-square-foot low-rise building, 83 King Street, and a nearby parcel of land for $28.6 million in April 2006.
The company began building the 505 First Ave. structure in 2007 and completed the seven-story office building measuring 285,914 square feet in 2010. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
