NEW YORK CITY-Blood Manor has inked a lease for the whole second floor of a building located at 163 Varick Street in Hudson Square. Asking rent for the 9,000-square-foot space was $30 per square foot. The company will shift to the new location at the southwest corner of Charlton Street during the Halloween festivities.
