ROCKVILLE, MD-First Potomac Realty Trust of Rockville has secured a new occupant for its Redland Corporate Center II, a 210,862-square-foot office building in Rockville. DRS Defense Solutions LLC has inked a lease for five years with First Potomac for 23,033 square feet at Redland II.
DRS Defense Solutions will take the entire ninth-floor space at Redland II. The firm will move to the center in March 2012. First Potomac and Perseus Realty LLC purchased Redland Corporate Center II and III in 2010. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
