ARLINGTON, TX-A property management firm has purchased a medical office building in Arlington. Andrews-Dillingham Properties Ltd. has acquired the office building measuring 10,500 square feet at 501 W. Main St. from a local investment partnership for an undisclosed price.
The single-story building is fully leased to JPS Health System. It is located near the George W. Hawkes Central Library and City Hall.
