NEW YORK CITY-FremantleMedia has signed an 8,000-square-foot lease on the fourth floor of a building located at 435 Hudson St. in Hudson Square. The company's current address is 63 Madison Avenue. Trinity Real Estate is the owner of the building. Asking rent for the space was hovering around $40 per square foot.
