FORT WORTH-An industrial complex located in North Texas has reached sales block. CB Richard Ellis has been selected to market Kraft Foods' warehouse and distribution center spanning 747,528 square feet in the AllianceTexas development on Railhead Drive north of Fort Worth.
The building, situated on 56 acres north of Fort Worth, is 100% leased to Kraft. It was constructed in 1998 and expanded in 2002. USAA Real Estate is selling the industrial complex and Kraft will continue to manage the property. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
