BOSTON-LPL Financial is moving from its current 56,000-square-foot headquarters space at One Beacon St. to 75 State St. The financial services firm has leased 68,723 square feet at 75 State St. from Brookfield Office Properties.
The firm will occupy three floors in the 31-story tower. Brandon Leitner, Joe Sciolla and Rick Lowe with CresaPartners in Boston represented the tenant, while Michael Joyce, Pat Buckley and Tom Ashe with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord in the lease deal.
