ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has closed three lease deals totaling 23,014 square feet in the Kissimmee Shopping Center on Old Vineland Road in Kissimmee. Bealls Outlet Center has renewed its five-year, 15,686-square-foot lease at 2523 Old Vineland Road; Jerr-a-bel's Bridal has signed a seven-year, 3,197-square-foot lease at 2547 Old Vineland Road; and the Tabernacula Nuevo Comienco church has signed a three-year, 4,138-square-foot lease at 2549 Old Vineland Road.
