PARIS-Tishman Speyer, a firm based in New York, has signed the largest lease in Paris with the French Ministry of the Interior. The Interior Ministry has signed a lease for 400,000 square feet of space in the Lumiere building.

A European office fund managed by Tishman owns the 1.2-million-square-foot building. Tishman said that this office building is the largest privately owned property in Paris.
