ORLANDO-Equity Partners Inc. has closed the sale of a multi-tenant office building in Orlando. Real Estate Inverlad, LLC has purchased University Science Center, a single-story, 55,074-square-foot Class A office building in Orlando's Research Park/University submarket.
The property was constructed in 1999. It was 70% leased at closing. In the deal, the seller was represented by Equity Partners' Faith Thompson and Michael Fess, while the buyer was represented by NAI Realvest's Christie Alexander, Drew Saphos and George Livingston.
