BURLINGTON, MA-Cushman & Wakefield has brokered a lease renewal agreement for an office space in Burlington on behalf of Veracode Inc., the tenant. Veracode has renewed its lease deal for 23,276 square feet of office space at 4 Van de Graaff Drive.
The property is owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Michael Moynahan and Mark Roth from Cushman & Wakefield, while the landlord was represented by Duncan Gratton from FHO Partners. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
