BOSTON-AvalonBay Communities Inc. has reminded city planning officials concerning its proposal to construct a residential tower consisting of 29 floors at 45 Stuart St. in Boston. The company filed its proposal with the Boston Redevelopment Authority on August 8.
The project will include a five-story parking building and 404 apartments. It will come up on an open-air parking lot in the Chinatown and Theater District neighborhoods of the city. Epsilon Associates of Maynard prepared the proposal. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
