IRVING, TX-Wells REIT II has selected CB Richard Ellis as the leasing agent for One MacArthur Ridge, a 253,499-square-foot office building at 919 Hidden Ridge in Las Colinas, Irving. Verizon Communications Inc., which occupies space in the six-story building, will vacate the structure by the end of this year.
One MacArthur Ridge, constructed in 1998, is located near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Burson Holman and J.J. Leonard of CB Richard Ellis will lead the leasing assignment. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
