MEMPHIS-Industrial Developments International Inc. has started construction of a warehouse and distribution center spanning 234,660 square feet at its Crossroads Distribution Center in Oliver Branch for Anda Distribution. The $23 million build-to-suit facility being developed at 8644 Polk Lane will be launched by Q2 of 2012.
Industrial Developments International bought the Crossroads Distribution Center site spanning 475 acres from Dunavant Enterprises in 2005 for $16 million. The company has been utilizing the site to build various Class A bulk warehouse facilities. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
