BOSTON-The Boston Globe has reported that Newton-based New England Development will construct a 21-story apartment and retail building on Pier 4 in the Seaport District. New England Development and Houston-based Hanover Co., a partner on the new project, will start the construction work next spring.
The $170-million tower will comprise 357 apartments, an underground parking garage and retail stores. The project will come up beside the Institute of Contemporary Art. For the full story, go to Boston Globe .
