LIVERPOOL, UK-A GBP 115-million redevelopment, which will include the construction of a 150,000-square-foot office space, is set for central Chester. Morgan Sindall, a construction and regeneration group, will be the contractor for the redevelopment and the project will be controlled by its regeneration member Muse.
