COPPELL, TX-Huntington Industrial Partners LLC, a an investment group based in Denver, has purchased an industrial building spanning 378,000 square feet at 650 S. Royal Lane in Coppell for an undisclosed price. The property was sold by Craftmade International.
The building, situated north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, was built in 1995. Craftmade will continue to lease the property. Bill de la Chapelle, Sharon Morrison and John Fulton with Transwestern represented the seller, CM Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of Craftmade International.
