PHOENIX-Tempe-based Commercial Properties Inc. has closed the purchase of an industrial building in Phoenix. Prologis, a warehouse giant based in Denver, has acquired the industrial building measuring 250,800 square feet at 2225 S. 43rd Ave.
The Phoenix industrial building traded for $9.1 million. The Mililani Group Inc. in Honolulu was the seller of the property. Brad Ahrens of Tempe-based Commercial Properties Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
