LONDON-Warner Estate, a property fund manager, has signed a contract to market a mixed-use property near the Euston train station in London for GBP 18.1 million. The company is selling 16 Upper Woburn Place, which includes 40,363 square feet of restaurant space and offices, to Staffordshire County Council.

Warner purchased the property from Investream for GBP 21.75 million in 2007. The company will use the earnings from the sale to pay its debt. For the full story, go to Property Week .
